Below is a list of our current open employment opportunities:
Title: Summer Camp Instructor
We are currently hiring for the following locations:
- Peninsula (San Mateo County)
- North Bay Area (Marin and Sonoma Counties)
- East Bay Area (Alameda and Contra Costa Counties)
- Davis and Sacramento Area (Placer, Sacramento, Solano and Yolo Counties)
- South Bay Area (Santa Clara County)
Job Dates:
10 Weeks - 6/15/09 to 8/21/09
Job Duties:
Teach AWESOMEngineering Summer Camp Curriculum to kids between 7-13
years old. You will be teaching basic engineering, construction and physics.
Each class you will use Erector® Sets to construct a fun and educational
project that everyone will build.
We will provide you with the training and supplies necessary to teach each
class. You will need to store the AWESOMEngineering supplies as well as
transport them to and from each teaching location.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children, teaching a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree or current college student
- Mechanically inclined
- Have you own car and insurance to transport class supplies
- Responsible, reliable and punctual
- Love being around and interacting with children (also their parents)
- Must be livescan fingerprinted (paid by us)
